HI-Yo is a dynamic fusion of high-intensity intervals (HIIT) and soothing yoga that both burns fat & strengthens and lengthens muscles.  We start with heavy-hitting power moves and culminate in a soothing yoga flow that's perfect for relieving tight muscles.  

 

This hour long class is held every Wednesday in beautiful Hamilton Park, Jersey City. Come get your mid-week endorphin boost to help carry you through till the weekend while simultaneously watching the sun set.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
