Cold-curious? Seasoned plunge-r? Total newbie? 

Regardless of where you are in your journey, all are welcome to join the November Cold Plunge Challenge. You'll learn about the benefits of this practice, and experience them for yourself as you dip your toe (pun-intended) into this icy challenge. 


Each week, I will send out a newsletter with tips and tricks on how to use this practice to benefit both mind & body, so if you're not already signed up, please use the form below to do so.

November 2023 Cold Plunge Challenge

For this challenge, we will be exposing our bodies to cold water every day for an entire month. Please note that you do not have to have a cold plunge tub to take part in this challenge; cold showers work, too. As do natural bodies of water like a lake, creek, or ocean.

If you've never cold-plunged before, NO WORRIES! You are not alone, and I'll guide you through it gently. We start with :30 and move up from there. 

Hate the cold? Oh man, I used to, too. I mean, I truly HATED. THE. COLD. But I have learned to love the effects of cold plunge:  the instant dopamine blast, the decreased inflammation, better, deeper sleep, and the resilience that comes along with exposing oneself to the cold, repeatedly.

Save/download this calendar to keep track of your progress. Use it to mark off each day, and feel free to add notes about your experience: how long did you plunge? How did it feel? Was it challenging or not-so-much? I encourage you to journal about your experience as we go along.
